hi I'm starting wow right now and was wondering if anybody had some tips or would like to play together

tip: don't

get recruited so you lvl faster no need to worry about old content an everything changes at lvl 100 can always go back an enjoy the content as well

its not like the game is bad.. I play for something to do
I have been playing on and off for probably like 7 years or something like that though..

brand new to the game I had so much fun for like the first year. there was so much to do and if you join a guild it is fun getting to know people in your guild and hanging out with them on teamspeak or vent
now it is a little more bland but I still can't say I am bored because there is so much stuff I know is out there that I just haven't done yet.

Once I get this shaman to level 100 and get him in 710 gear I will be an achievement whore... so I will not run out of stuff to do for awhile

i pretty much agree with what you are saying. old players still play because they are addicted to it

hence, new players who are not already used to it shouldn't join. there's nothing here for them to fall in love with anymore
