I just recently started again and need as much info as possible, I used to be one of the best SP in the world (top 5) as far as DPS and ranking, but so much as changed since then and im lost.

Need good rotation guides, build guides, stats, stat caps, etc etc etc.

You will do CoP until you hit 25% Crit, at which point you will switch to AS.

Rotation for CoP
COP Lite = MSx3 > MB (Spend Orbs on DP)
COP DoTWeaving = MSx3 > MB (Until 4 Orbs) > MS > SW:P > VT > MB (5th orb) > DP > Insanity x2 > MB > DP > Insanity x2 (Repeat) Fill in with SW:D during execution

AS Rotation
SW:P > VT > DP > Mindbender on CD > Mind Flay filler

Only real different in spec is your level 100 talent, and you will use Insanity over Mindbender until you get your 4PC T17

VT - Vampiric Touch
SW:P - Shadow Word : Pain
SW:D - Shadow Word : Death (execute can only use sub 30%)
MS - Mind Spike
MB - Mind Blast
DP - Devouring Plague

I feel you. I was one of the best mages in the US before I quit, and now I have no idea what's going on. I rolled a paladin and things have changed massively.

Yea I hit 100, getting used to it again, mainly working on best in slot items before raids and whatnot now, leveling professions, etc.

Next is to find a decent guild.
