I got windows 7 proffessional

NVIDIA Quadro FX 3500 video card

intel (r) xeon (r) cpu e5606 @ 2.13 GHz proccesor

enough memory

Why is my WoW slow? Do i need a better video?

Internet is fast

Upgrade gpu and cpu fcs.. Did u try lowering all settings and resolution?

Dont use Recount addon. Slows and corrupts your gameplay

You can buy(if you have the money) a PC for like 400-500$ that can run WoW really well.
