I'm looking for people to be a part of a dedicated, weekly team. We will run RBG's on set nights of the week and also weekends, depending on peoples schedule.

I'm tired of PUG groups full of people who get lucky w/ better PUG's and get carried and are absolute garbage. You'd expect people by 1650 CR to at least have a small understanding of what to do, but instead you get ragers who instaquit after one loss and don't take a few minutes to discuss what could be improved upon from the last match.

Can run Disc Priest or Affliction lock, or enhance sham (but not preferred)

Accolades are BiS for horde players as well as anything not human. On my undead Spriest I use the Intellect/Mastery + socket (75 mastery gem) Blue Accolade. If stacking Mastery, I'm pretty sure this item is BiS. The RNG for it is even higher than the Epic which is why you don't see any r1 players using it. However, you do see them using the Blue Accolade w/ no socket.

One thing I've noticed and I'm sure will catch on as the season advances, a lot of European players, for example, use last seasons Ring of Prowess 700iLvl and this seasons Ring of Prowess 710iLvl, so they get both of the secondary stats they want as opposed to using a ring that has one or none beneficial stats! I wouldn't be surprised if you see people running last seasons 700iLvl ring with + socket for BiS
