i have problem with my chat in wow, when i login today i cannot use whisper or guild chat and dont know how to fix this priblem, google wont help me too, was trying to load game without addons but its not from addons problem i dont know what to do

I have had this same issue a couple times also. Mine was a connection issue with the servers. but I couldn't use trade chat. My issue resolved itself after a few reconnects. I had put in a ticket but it was resolved before it was answered.

possible it is going to another window or that those messages are disabled for the window you are looking at? if you right click the tab for the chat window and go into the settings make sure whisper and guild chat are checked.

Try this would probably fix the issue.
Go to your World of Warcraft folder.
Locate two files "WTF" and "Cache".
Rename them (the game will recreate them) once done start WoW back up and see if your chat is working again.

If not simply go back to the World of Warcraft folder and delete the new "WTF" and "Cache" files and rename the old files that you renamed back.
If this doesn't work contact a GM you may have just been banned from chat.
