what do i have to be aware of when trading and any tips for safe trading so that i dont get banned etc ?

There is a possibility that blizzard thinks that it is buying gold from a regular gold seller website. The safest i would say, is agree to a spot to meet by using jsp, and then directly trading around. No chatting about the trade in game or on real id

Not entirely sure about that. I think that trading the amount over 1 trade is the same as trading small parts over a few days. And either face to face trade, or using the auction house. Using the auction house is a rare used method tho, since it forces the gold seller add a 5% amount in order to counter the AH fee
