If you're looking to get into raiding, no probably not given you will be behind on the legendary ring by a few months so you'll never be able to keep up numbers wise. If you're looking to come back for PvP, fuck no PvP is probably the worst it's ever been. If' you're looking to come back for the questing experience, ya it's probably one of the better leveling experiences over the years.
In terms of raiding content, it's solid content so seeing the fights wouldn't be a terrible idea.
