Thanks in advance..

If you skip to 8:30 in this video you will see his burning embers stacking up on vertical green bars in the center of the screen..

Can anyone here tell me how to set something like that up? I don't think it's weakauras...?

Elvui does not produce those embers, and he doesn't list his weakauras -- I also cannot find any WA for that =\
