Has anyone gotten the mission on a toon where the characters ilvl was under 675? I know followers need 675x3

you can't unlock 675 missions without 675 toons.

I'm talking about the character itself not the followers i have 15x 675 followers but my priest ilvl is 650ish. I'm getting rare 675 missions but not coalfist on 5x of my toons. Curious if bad luck or my priest needs 675 is all

Reading on wowhead about your character (in my case my spriest) needs to have an ilvl675 or better for this mission to appear.

Has anyone under that ilvl get this mission to pop

i have gotten it on 4/13 toons 9 of my toons have 675+ i dont relember what toons i have gotten it on but well at leaste i have 5 toons with 675 that have not gotten it yet, so guess you just have to wait

your characters item level doesn't matter when it comes to missions afaik

i had 660 pvp gear and got the quest so i dont think so lol

You must be 675ilvl on your character AND you must have 3 followers at 675ilvl. this is confirmed from many sources.(I have confirmed this as well)
