want to level my followers fast, anyone know how i can do this?

Never give them a break! Always send them on mission, put the one that u can on work order, ex: mine, engineering, fish etc..

get a level 3 spirit lodge and put work orders when they are ready sometimes it will give you an item that can complete instantly a mission (much better than waiting 8-9-10 hours or more for those big exp missions ) if this is not fast enough buy some rush orders at 1000 ressources a piece to instantly complete some work orders , the only problem with this technique is that you are gonna be so fast that the game wont be able to keep up the pace for giving you new missions

edit : running low on ressources buy huge ogre cache at the AH , they will give you 1000 ressources

get an epic mount follower with bonus exp and teach them hearthstone trait. also get barracks

to level 90-95 do the level 100 exp missions that give 8k-15k
for level 95-98 do missions that range from the level 93 missions to missions that are no higher than your follower's exp
for level 98-100 do level 100 exp missions again
