i looked up a few dps charts and all, some have arcane as top and a few i have looked at have frost beating arcane

95% of the time Arcane wins 1-3 targets.
Fire usually wins 4+ targets.

Frost hasn't really competed for awhile in current content with good stat weights.

Just seen this video on youtube that says arcane will be top spec for pve in new patch but who really knows until the time comes right

sorry what i meant was until its proven differently arcane is top spec ,according to the peon guy ,and new meaning latest (should have worded it differently my bad)
