If you go to the official Master Plan webpage on Curse, and scroll down to the comment section, there is a working fix in Post #2524, and another in #2532.

Additionally, you could easily have found this on the front page news of MMO-Champion.

master plan work for ships but a bit different than the garrison , if you don't like the set up there is garrison mission manager and both are updated for 6.2
