I last played during Wrath of Lich King. I'm interested in coming back but not sure of my screen name and have lost my authenticator. How can I retrieve my old account?

Submit a ticket with blizzard support saying you lost your authenticator. Give them your email address and a copy of your photo ID and they'll remove the authenticator and force a password reset.
