Googled around and no sites have any details about it. Does it always spawn in 1 of the 2 locations? Is it rare? Do you need to do something to open the way to it?

It isn't the chest that spawns in the room after the final boss dies, that's: http://www.wowhead.com/object=141979/ancient-treasure

Does anyone remember anything about this chest? I ran a dwarf with find treasure through the instance and couldnt find any sign of it.
