my mage is level 80 now, and i thought at level 80, ur frost bolts grant stacks, and up to 5 stacks, then you can release those stacks by ice lance... it doesn't show up under debuffs or anything though, not sure if i have it or something wrong idk?

% of your frost bolt dmg gets stored up to 5x and when you ice lance it releases all the shards that give extra dmg like multistrike but free dmg passive. wonder if stack with multistrike would be op. gg blizz

does it not show a debuff so u know when to icelance/relaease it?

floats around you, shaman got something similar. like a buff on character similar to the embers on lock
