is there a fully functional populated blizz like BC or vanilla private server out there? no exp mods or "special skills/equipment" mods and no glitches?
or even a BC instant 70 blizz like PvP server

Not really supposed to talk about this here, but no, there aren't any really populated BC servers out yet. There are a few of them out there, but the only "blizzlike" ones I know of have dreadful populations and/or are riddled with bugs. There's one in development right now (that has been since 2009) and is supposedly going to be like that vanilla one linked above. However, the release date for it has been pushed back several times and is supposedly on track for 2016. Its called CoreCraft.

i used to play on a blizz like pvp server, skills were blizz like but the pvp battles were never ending clash in certain areas.
server died because admin abuse got bad

Nostalrius Begins is an AMAZING blizz like Vanilla server. At any given time there is ALWAYS 2+ online on both factions. Very populated great community. Server is only like a month old. NO special anything NO donation items/help and great support team.
