I've read about warriors
says to glyph into the extra 20 rage cap but if you're not a garbage warrior you shouldn't be sitting at 100 rage hoping for 20 more.

You're an Idiot. It's the only Other viable option. Plus it's very common to build up rage when raising to max, even with using your non-rage abilities.
