I can't imagine seeing samurai for a while, something like returning to Pandaria.

I've been doing some thoughts about this subject alot!

first of all, there's 3 x cloth users, 3 x leather, 3 x plate but only 2 x mail users.

so I think the next class will be a mail user.

Then we got Tokens for Tier-bonus.
2 out of 3, requires 4 classes and the last one only 3... so this last spot would be perfect for the next class too.

To the class itself, I think maybe a Tinker class would be perfect.

A Tinker class is a ranged dps / healer class who uses his Mechanics.

Stuff like: Turrets, Granades, Traps, Lazer, Rockets, Bombs you name it.
Would fit very well into the story aswel. ( Gnomes and Goblins have been tinkers for a loooong time )
And something with Engineering too.

honestly no idea, you can probably think demon hunter by trying to mix hunter and rogue with making abilities cost something thats energy\focus but renaming it

other than that maybe a new hero class?

I would think they'd have to make up some new lore for a new class.

Using the engineering profession to make some sort of mechanic class doesn't seem likely.

The way engineers are now, they don't see actual battle, but instead give their inventions for others to use (from what I remember).

While I cannot think of the lore behind a class, I would like to see another class with a healing spec that uses a pet.

Not quite like a monk. The class would have reactive/active pet skills, possibly passives as well.

On second thought maybe I can think of a little lore. The class could use a faerie dragon as their companion, not a tamed beast like hunters, or a slave (I think that's what they are, never played warlocks or checked lore) like a warlock.

I'm not too sure about the faerie dragon lore, but in heroes of the storm the faerie dragon guy can heal. The specializations can be based on the faerie dragon and not so much on the hero himself.

Would be nifty to see a tank spec for this, where the faerie tanks instead of the player, and so it won't be broken, the faerie and hero share a "life link", can only be healed by the same source once (so no double aoe heals), same goes for aoe damage.

Valkyr should be the next class.
