I recently reformatted my HP Pavilion dv7 laptop

It has Windows Vista Home Edition

I downloaded all the windows updates available ( including device drivers if windows update downloads those as well )

World of Warcraft and Diablo 3 both disconnect after about 2 minutes...

It seems like Google Chrome randomly hangs up too

World of Warcraft also was mentioning that my device drivers may be out of date

Even though I downloaded all the updates from Windows updates

When I go into Device Manager and try to update drivers, it says they are the most recent

I also have Crap Cleaner, Avg Antivirus , Spybot Search and Destroy , and Malwarebytes installed

Scanning with all of those comes up with no results

Could it be Windows Firewall or something else causing the disconnects?

you probably have to go manually update drivers.
especially if windows 7 still

There is your problem.
