What to do like I love my shaman but they are pointless really the healing is pathetic compared, the pvp is like really why and the pve is the same compared to others.

So I have basically every class besides DK never liked them played a bunch and deleted all just couldn't do it.

So basically what I'm saying is what class could I play that would offer me the most enjoyment and most beneficial. I'm at this kind of point where I like all the classes to much and can't choose one like many people but I would like to stick to one and Shamans aren't it because they always get the crap end of the stick. I like dps most of all just seeing those numbers and being able to kill something or someone. I know you can't tell me what to play just looking for recommendation I have all classes 87-9X.

My buddy likes playing his shammy as Resto. Seems to be doing fine, done heroic whatever.

You must be doing something wrong.

Lol I've played shaman since bc not doing anything wrong just shaman is not what it use to be which is unique. I also play as resto now just I like the boom ^^

Well, if you want to heal, I'd recommend priest or paladin.
If you want to DPS, I'd suggest mage (arcane) and Druid (Feral).

Could also look at Warlocks, they seem to be sitting pretty well imo.

i used to main an enhance shaman with ele off spec, when i came back from my almost 2 year break i was disgusted with the changes made to shammys. i absolutely hate playing them now (other than healing, that is fun but gets old quick)
i made a prot/ret pally for pvp it is fun but they are meh, at the moment i am leveling a druid as a tank pve and i'm loving it, i also take some time to pvp and love that as well.
i gave my shammy a lot of tries playing him again here and there but i never could enjoy it like i used to.

but after the changes that arrived with MoP, i havent bothered with it since.... its still sitting on lvl 85 and i cba to spend time on it any more


if u want to do Deeps, honestly, Pick a class that u find fun and play it...... if u want to top the dmg meter, go check out icyveins or mmochampion for guides and theorys, or just go for an avrage over all guide from noxxic.

if u want to heal tho! ive got No clue, cus i havent bothered with healing since cata ^^

We have a resto shaman in our guild for heroic BRF and he kills it. I really don't understand what you mean when you say they suck at healing. The DPS is also amazing...
