The amount of ninjad gear I see now days are beyond what it was back when I played burning crusade. Imo the moment a flex raid is created the only 2 loot methods should be personal and need before greed with non spec lockouts. Sure players would roll for friends if needed but it would still cut the random leader ninja by a ton.

I've never had these issues, you can always protect yourselves when doing pug raids.

Watch the LFG and if you see him just auto inviting all the higher item level players or just every player instantly. you know its a shit group and he will probably ninja most of the loot from the first easy boss you kill. Reason most groups fall apart after Gruul or Oregorger or Beastlord.


Can always check their armory or guild. I know when i host, i put my guild name in there(showing that we are 7/7M HM 8/10M BRF raiders) TRUSTWORTHY raiders

Was a guild group on flamebender. Tier went up for /roll. then leader just booted all the non guildies from group lol.

Was probably some 7/10H guild or some shitters. I mean find those 7/7M raid leaders with BRF mythics.
