I read that too and googled, same results. Was kinda interested

It's simple. I just did it and got level 47-57 in 25 minutes.

47-57 Dungeon Queue - Blackrock Detention Center

-Zone in and on your right is a mole machine (it's a spaceship looking think with a shredder on top)
-Click on it and choose the first choice "Take me just past the grim guzzler"
-Once you pop up at the new spot, don't run forward or backward! Simply turn 90 degrees and drop down on an angle to where the lava elemental boss is. Careful with your fall trajectory to both avoid aggro'ing the mosnters on the ledge across from you and so you don't fall in the lava.
- Kill the boss.
- Then turn around and walk backwards through the door, fight a few small groups of adds on your way up the ramps.
- Kill the dark iron dwarf boss.
- You've now completed the dungeon since both boss monsters are dead. So you get the dungeon finder exp bonus + the exp from both bosses. 70k+ish exp for 47-51, 40kish exp 52-54, 17kish exp 55-57.
- Queue again for Blackrock Detention Center with your group and rinse and repeat.

The trick is to not aggro the monsters once you pop in -- there are monsters in front of you and across the ledge behind you. So you need a group of non-idiots and you have to explain to them how to drop down without aggro'ing the monsters. Once you do it once or twice, it's easy as pie. Just explain things clearly to your group, make sure they know not to move after you take the mole machine and show them how to turn 90 degrees to the left and walk off the ledge on an diagonal towards the lava monster boss. Have hunters turn off pets, etc. It can be frustrating with randoms if your group is idiots. With heirlooms and gear inflation, even if you drop down and aggro everyone, it's still easy to win.

You can do 47-57 in 30 minutes or less if your group isn't idiots. You can push all the way to 59, but, exp is only 11kish / run after you hit 58 and at that point it's faster to do other dungeons. However, if you're a DPS and you got a good group for mole machine, you guys can keep farming it as it's likely faster still than waiting in queues for new dungeons.

You cant que for detention block at 58... 58 just random que for BC dungeons

If you're already in a group that's been doing Detention Block runs - you can continue to queue for it as long as you want.
