So i've played some private servers but never retail

1) is it still worth getting into? Or would i be too behind at this point?
2) Are there many people who do low-level instances for leveling? (If i want to be a healer only, i want to level with group in instances )
3) How long would it take for 1-100 in hours?
4) When is that game token system coming out?

1) you won't get into a top raiding guild just starting to play the game
2) yes, dungeon finder
3) hours, idk depends how good u are, takes me around a week to get 100
4) sometime soon

yes ppl use dungeon finder for leveling at low levels, works especially well if ur a healer/tank


also as far as how long it takes to level up (week/2weeks, depending on how often you play)

is it worth it? Most definitely

dungeon finder is trash at low lvl. i got on my lvl 24 warrior to tank and had over 30min wait and just logged off.
i instant 90 and tank/heal instances..that works well.
time depends on what time of day you are on and length

if you know anyone that plays it is a lot easier to get into end game. right now people expect you to be overgeared and know all fights for any raid you want to join so it might be a little tricky if you want to end game raid.
if you only want to heal the wait times can fluctuate. I would recommend getting dual spec as soon as you hit 30 and just get a dps spec.. sometimes the ques are faster just really depends
i just did a 1-100 and had 2 days 15 hours played. granted I was afk quite a bit during this and did some dicking around.. went through icc and such for the hell of it
tokens should be soon. sounds like they have the framework for it in place as of last patch

If i had the choice, i would NOT get into this game. if you don't have good self control you can lose yourself in this game and end up playing it a lot.

I got hooked on this game in high school and almost failed 2 classes because i would skip school to play WoW, i know few people who had this issue(it is not totally uncommon) Looking back when i first started, i wish i never started.


Years later, i now enjoy the game still. but i would still say not to start.

this, ive been playing off and on since vanilla...and even though the pvp system has gone to shit i still started back up about 2 months ago just to pvp game is addicting but crap now....if you dont have time to dedicate (like 4hrs a night) dont bother because if you dont have the time you will get addicted and force yourself to make time....which means lack of sleep usually lol

If you have lot of friends who play this game, makes it way way more fun.
