i had creamface and got suspended for about a week so i called them about this and they said it was becuase it was "sexual offensive" -_-

Sad.. such pity, I dont even know what to say about the people that take offense over this kind of things a name in a video game.
What kind of sad lives must they have. I feel disgusted inside just thinking about it.

i've never been suspended for a name (they just made me change it). are they coming down harder on people with offensive names now?

I had my name changed once because it was called kokaine which I "kind of" understood.
Now this one is totally non sense and because its the second time I have a name changed I believe thats why I got the 3 hour suspension.



Got an answer from them saying that it was marked in the wrong category rofl
Just.. sad.

I've had a look at your account suspension - I'd first of all like to mention that the category was incorrect, the name is offensive but nothing to do with sexual orientation.

However, the actual penalty itself - 3 hour suspension - is correct and this will not be overturned.


Unsubbed will NEVER play any blizz game again in my life.

Profanity filter is there for a reason, there are people that would prefer to not see that and you're bypassing that.

Yes it's stupid but you picked an offensive name and received the consequences, quit crying.

3 hours? who cares. If 3 hours away from wow is that life changing, then you will definitely be back, lol. If you don't come back, I seriously doubt that blizzard will go bankrupt by not receiving your $15 per month. And if you were not holding grudges against them, then you wouldn't be claiming to boycott all blizzard games over this, or posting on a forum whining about it. And no matter what you say your reasons for posting are, YOU ARE WHINING!!

And to answer your question, yes. Plenty of people have experienced similar bans over names. They are called trolls, and most of you aren't even old enough to play the game anyway. Well, recommended age anyway.
