New to tanking period. Mained druid heals in the past 3 expansions.

I'm trying to do silver proving grounds. And when I get to wave 6-7 its like I'm wearing cloth and squishy AF

I'm using my CDs and everything. Maintaining aggro, taunting the wasp, everything. I just get nuked out of no where

Yea yea ill prolly get bashed for posting this, just looking for tanking advice on bears.

Any suggestions?

save enough rage for frenzied regen in case you take "nukes out of nowhere"

Pop bubble, Dodge spell pops, Ez ez ez

Don't be bad with deciding between savage defense and frenzied regeneration.
