When I used to play the level cap was like 60 or 70..

I bought the entire games with like a month or maybe two of subscription last night.. I can't remember....

I remember when I used to play it was best to download some addons, is this still the case? If so are we allowed to talk about them? If we are where can I download these and which ones should I get?

Also any class recommendations for someone completely relearning the game? I was thinking either paladin or monk so I can do any of the 3 roles, but then maybe warlock for some dps?

I can make a character of my choice level 90 but I'm gonna wait on that until I figure out which class I want to play. I made a monk so far and got him to level 6.

I used ELVUI, best UI out there.

I havent played since mid-way through MoP and then I only played for like a month. But Elvui was my UI throughout Cata, and then into MoP.
Solid one to go with.


As for classes, don't currently play can't help you there. A lot of people tend to promote rogues though, this tier (When I troll through here I notice these things)

Just play a class you enjoy.. that is all.

locks are decent (affi)
frost dk OP
combat rogue OP
hunters decent
Feral OP


rsham/rdruid are best healer specs atm


(PVP wise, I have no idea about pve)

You should download Elvi UI like stated before, all in one ui package its great. Download skada and bigwigs if you want to do PVE.

can someone help me with that, I've never used that one before...

I've always used Bartender + X-perl and I still do.

i use euli for the already customed UI on everything except for unitframes and combat stuff.

but everything else looks really nice.. except i cant figure out how to use my calander haha
