I complete all on my Dk and i get tabar + mount + other

Now i complete this same questline for it i kill LK too and i dont have reward's ( other realm) why? Its only 1 reward per acc or something wrong ? Ofc i talk with NPC and nothing

You are able to get the rewards once for every mourne.
