I have upgrade weapon to 645 or what ever Im not in wow.. All my blue + have 630 weapons Should i use it on green follower or upgrade one of my epics from 630-> 645

I'd just use the 645 on the green ones, since it takes like no time to get them to epic anyway

no reason to use take common or rare followers pass 630ilvl, none of the 645ilvl missions offer experience for a bonus. 630ilvl is a good place for all common and rare followers because you get all the bonus experience missions and can 100% them.

I just use all my Blackrock Armor/Weapon sets on my fresh 100 followers that have good abilities+traits(that i recruit from the Inn) I started with the OP Salvage yard so i have lot of maxed ilvl followers already.

I have 24 Followers at 655ilvl. with patch 6.1 coming up, i am currently stock pilling all my upgrade tokens

MASTER PLAN addon is very very nice for garrison

I have 25/25 655 ilvl followers.
Can pretty much randomly send any followers on any mission and get 100% no matter what counters.

I have about the same stockpile as rhazor does.

It really doesn't matter who you use it on but I wouldn't waste it on a follower that's uncommon because his traits could turn out to be shit.
