I recently downloaded power interface 2.0

I play rogue found out about the ui from the famous rogue Sativ

everything is great except i cant figure out how to move my action bars. I dont see options for toggling the action bars or any where in the addon to edit the size, position, ect for the action bars.

Can anyone help me?
