should i continue stacking mastery with my enchants even if my crit and my haste are much further behind?

stat priority is;
str > mastery > multi > crit > vers > haste

which ever is biggest upgrade in this order you use

The priority is Str>Mastery>Haste till 15% with raid buffs>Multi or Crit not both>Haste>Vers. Versatility is a pathetic stat for ret pallys. Any more questions you have feel free to go to icy-veins.com they have guides and are more up to date and in tune with the game then noxxic.

Don't go to Icy-veins, it sucks.

Mastery > Multistrike = Crit > Haste > Versatility if you want a generalized priority.
There is no "hastecap" anymore, there are plateus on which haste evens out and becomes less valuable (one of which is 15%).

You want mastery on everything.
