Racials for Horde all got nerfed in 6.0. Maybe one race got a buff for Horde. I believe most of the Ally racials were reworked.

because all of mop was horde and horde racials got nerfed

horde racials got un-nerfed ( orc and undead iirc ) but now everyone is just staying ally, like 90% of the ladder above 2200 is alliance so lol
