Noob question but if I make a Tauren paladin

Will war stomp. Share the same stun on target time with hand of justice?

Or if I war stomp. Stun for 2 seconds. Then. I you will it give full 5 second hoj stun ?

I'm pretty sure he means the 5 second stun though, which I think is called Hammer of Justice (I have never played a paladin in my life, not sure if correct).

To answer the question, the stun will only have full effect in PvE I believe. In PvP it would be diminishing returns and the second stun would not last a complete 5 seconds I think.
