are these outposts pretty much useless at 100? or is there a way i can unlock some dailies or somethin with them

You can do a lot with the outposts. You can gear yourself with 640 gear that is able to be upgrade. You can also send out missions that can acquire up to mythic highmaul gear. Success at these missions are helped by gearing up your followers which can be done though the war mill.

like in the other zones across draenor
