I finally hit exalted with Stormwind.
So when I went to another dungeon to work on my other factions rep, nothing happens. I'm gaining no rep at all.

I'm wearing my tabard for that faction and nothing is happening. What am I doing wrong?

you dont get rep with every faction even though you wear their tabard, it says that you get rep on the tabard if you are supposed to get it.

There is some great reputation guides on wowhead.com :)
