Hey there . I would like to ask u the following :
I have 2 different battle.net accounts
#1 has the Spectral Tiger mount
#2 doesnt have it .

If i transfer a character from #1 account to #2 account , is it going to get the mount too ?

You have to merge account 2 with account 1...not sure you can transfer from accounts now.

This I'm pretty sure would be the only way can't transfer characters nemore from accounts

no you cannot do it the mounts are bound to the battle.net account blizzard won't merge your accounts because far to many people buy accounts and try to do this

if the battle.net accounts have the same last name you can transfer characters between them but they only carry character specific achievements/mounts (gladiator rbg ect)

They do merge accounts stilll however the merging accounts must have the same personal information.

you can merge also if its a family member from what guildys have told me my guild leader merged her act with her sons but it took alot of proof for it to happen

Correct only if it is immediate family. IE Mother, Father, Son, Daughter.
