Seems like lots of the pvp trinkets are real poo? Has anyone run the math on PvP vs PvE trinkets yet? My friend is telling me that proc chance is reduced for PvE trinkets in PvP, is this true?

pve things scae down in pvp combat so the chance will be reduced

u also lose 15% damage reduce from not having 2x pvp trinkets
