and

90s all get daily pops with 29s and 90s getting fastest

it used to be 60 when 60 was the one included in the battlechest, then 70, then 80 , then 85 and so on...now

pandas are included so 90 is where the accounts that didn't purchase WoD end up

I heard 70s get some scheduled arenas every now and then though

use twinkinfo, they have a sticky with BiS armories up there althrough it should be a no brainer how to gear up

70 had super fast ques in cata. Not sure about it anymore tho. 60 is dead as dicso.

rogue is rather lackluster atm, mid tier
