hi is there any good guide, or could anyone give me a quick overview, of all the old raids and dungeons with entrances and worthiness gold and transmog wise?

if you download the addon called MogIt you can cycle through all the types of gear you would want, like 2 handed swords, leather helms, plate legs etc. and just look through all the cool shit you would want, and it tells you exactly where to get it. You can even set up full transmogs without having any of the items, and add shit to your wishlist. I personally just like to find 1 xmog that I really like on that character and keep it forever.

They are all ez now as long as you don't die to the 1 shot mechanics (shadow trap).
