I think a safer number would be ~18-22 for a "full clear".

i dunno i was tanking a group last night where alot of people were doing under 15k so i'm not sure

better gear gives better numbers in theory.

for normal? ~15k average is fine. We have people from about 15k to 25k depending on fight, no issues dps-wise

Variable. With the new buffs, 15k shouldn't be a problem.. I was pull that in heroic dungeons. I pull like 22-26 now. Burst like 40k-45.

I don't dps but as a healer.. as long as people move out of shit I would prefer them even if their dps is lower. only time I would worry about dps is if you hit any sort of enrage timers. then worry about dps imo.
