After some reading, I found that I only need 36.33% crit due to Shatter and FoF + BF, and also to maximize Multistrike.

So should I be gemming + enchanting to hit that 36.33%? or focus on Multistrike, and let gear get me to 36.33%?

I would gem and enchant to the 36.33crit.

enchants should all be multi strike, and gems well if you get lucky enough to get gear with gems then i would use gems for crit

Personally i think MultiStrike > Haste > Crit

check weights for breakpoints and shit

sometimes it's best to gem/gear for the crit breakpoint and it receives a higher weight until multistrike overtakes it.
