basically put my looms from hunter onto a monk i'm leveling with a friend then decided to use this to get some more gear on it, q'd up in a dung with other people level 55+ and started doing this outrageous damage?
literally 1hitting everything and everyone in game screaming bug abuse ??

Is your bow enchanted? You're also lvl 61, and I was in a group with a lvl 61 druid that could 1shot everything, 3k dmg each hit.

no one bitched. He even was in resto using kitty.

just tell them, "better than wiping or actually doing work"

I'm leveling a priest it's 64 now and I've seen this happen in at least 3 dungeons.

One oh them was a monk he did 83% damage.

Basically one hit everything.

There might be some kind of bug.


Try to do it again just as you did and see if it happens again.

Could it be that you're such a high level compared to the mobs that you're getting the bonus damage? I don't know what the level gap has to be for it to start applying, but I know on my level 95 rogue I get about ~3k dps questing, and over 50k in Ulduar.

This is exactly what it is, they made it so you get a ridiculous damage buff in dungeons that are a lower level than you are. On my druid when I go to ICC 25man, my aoe dps was 500k. They just want you to be able to farm old dungeons easily for transmog gear, obviously this isn't the case for you, you just happened to get a lower level dungeon when you queued
