Hi guys i'm about to start WoW again and i got a few questions
After some googling i found that you can transfer now BoA items on another server, are there any restrictions to it? can i send from horde to alliance?
also the boa items should scale up to lvl 90 right?

Also i got hacked in the past (didn't even notice it, did already stop playing by them) on Stormscale-EU so i wanna start fresh with alliance this time
any tips on which server to start? I remember ravencrest was a good server for alliance, still good?

you can send boas from horde to alliance and to another servers yes
and ravencrest is awesome
