So all of those epic 665 boes on ah are for around 100-150k gold, imo no one is going to buy them at that price
how stupid/smart of me would be to put them on sale for lets say 50k which is a reasonable price imo while the ah still isnt flooded with them ?

It depends on how serious the guilds are on your server, but honestly, guilds that are pushing for World/Region/Server first kills will be buying up almost everything.

For instance, a pair of Mythic plate bracers were on our Black Market Auction House yesterday; they went to the main tank raiding with a guild that will be competing with ours for Server First, and he shelled out 450,000 gold for them.

So yeah, people buy those "overpriced" BoE's to get a leg up on the competition.

For progression they will, that's why people stockpiled gold up 'til the expansion

People in top 30 guilds just barter with you via whispers.
They aren't going to pay 100k+ but they will pay more than most.

I personally don't touch them and would rather farm them myself or craft via garrison.

where do you get these 665 items / farm them? ive seen so many on chat but none of my friends got one

I paid 175k for 665 bis agi trinket (Lucky Two Sided Coin).
2 mins on use +1400 agi effect which can always be stacked with Rapid Fire for max Focus Aimed uptime.
Totally worth it since I think it will be awhile until it will be replaced.
