I am currently a level 92 Druid and was to respec into tank. I also dont know where to respec at while on Dreanor. I too dont know where to quest in the lands of Dreanor because I lose the main quest line. Ill complete quests and none more will pop up. so lost.

moonglade teleport, talk to trainer, respec, use moonglade teleport again to port back to where u were

As you are level 92, you can go to gorgrond area now
If thats where you lost your quest line just look around the map where the flight paths are and u will most likely find quests in that area
