Yeah..

How do i fix this?

I have the first bar (the standard one) - but i used to have one bar ontop of that with my warlock, but then i switched to my rogue, and its not there.. i also tried to enable it by adding more buttons etc..

I also made sure that its not char specific. Can anyone help with this?

You sure you didn't hit that button that changes skills for different forms or if you are stealthed?

or if its from an addon I would check to see if it changed settings or was disabled when you switched

you can accidentally hold shift and scroll up and down. The bars change from when you're stealth and not stealth. You need to enable action bar 1 etc., etc., in your interface/hotkey tab and make sure to save changes.

Wasnt any of those..

Apparently i had to activate my keybindings when i go to a new char under interface > actionbars, etc..
