http://www.icy-veins.com/wow/feral-druid-pve-dps-rotation-cooldowns-abilitiesThis is really the best I can do for you without logging in. Feral is all about priority, map out what every move combo is and set a priority for them. Biggest priority in general is bleeds. both bleeds should have 100% up time, these bleeds are affected by damage buffs(Tiger's Fury/Blood Talons), so when possible, make sure they are boosted. Savage Roar should also have a 100% uptime, this affects your dps greatly. Being able to keep SR/Rake/Rip/(Moonfire) at 100% uptime already makes you a decent feral, not good, but decent.
The real area that separates ferals is energy management. DO NOT spam shred just because you have energy. Plan out when you will need to use rip/rake/TF/Blood talons next. Knowing when is too early to refresh a buff/debuff is also important, refresh it too early and you lose a tick of dmg, too late and you lose uptime. If you aren't at max energy, there is no immediate need to spend energy, just wait until you need to spend it or until you reach 95-99 so you don;t lose out on possible energy to spend.
Ultimately my best advice is read through that guide and go to practice dummies and just practice getting timings and priorities down. It takes time, a lot of time, to get truly good at feral. It is easily the hardest dps class in the game, one of maybe 3 that require some sort of thought process so don;t feel down if you don;t read a guide and 2 minutes later you are a feral dps god. It's not going to happen. Find some addons if you need to help with timing and durations, use macros when possible, any edge you can get definitely do so to make it easier on yourself.
