There's a portal to Org on that island main city with the AH and bank.

Have normal hearth set to shrine and use garrison hearth for draenor. Now you won the game! :)

Go to ashran you will find a portal to orgrimmar.

I still just have my hearthstone set to shrine, but you can fly to Ashran and take the portal to SW or Org
