I purchased a pre-paid visa for game time + WoD, bought WoD and had enough left over for a month of gametime...then after some fail attempts to purchase the game time I went onto the website and checked my balance on the card and after the WoD purchase there was 5x $1.17 purchases for nothing basically. I also cannot purchase gametime now then when I open a ticket it was less then helpful basically a !@#$ you. Has this happened to anyone else?

I was browsing customer support forums earlier complaining cause I couldn't login due to queues.

Alot of people were flooding the forum with "I got charged xx amount of times for WoD purchase"

I tried to buy the expansion last night, kept getting an error 505 please try again later.
The purchase failed every time and i still don't have the expansion unlocked on my account... but they did charge my card all 10 times i got error 505'd

So last night i paid 500 dollars for an expansion i didn't get.

Yay blizzard....
