probably won't matter a whole ton but I just hit 90 last night and am up to ilvl476 right now. what would be the best bang for my buck to get better items?

Timeless isle then lfr if you want to go through the pain of multiple wipes on the easiest bosses

If I were you, I'd just wait. No need to waste time when you're going to get replacements during the first 20 quests anyway. Only thing I'd say is pay for Heroic BoA

you can buy all 522 gear for gold now at ~200 per item

he would need to do a little ToT to be able cause need friendly with Shado-Pan Assault


also try doing the Iron Horde Blasted Land quests, they give you 3 515 pieces (neck, cloak, ring) and 1 520 trinket

Timeless isle is really easy gear and it's kinda fun. If you just google the timeless isle chests map you can get a lot of gear just opening chests on the island.
