since the first WOD season will start on 2nd december.
Will there be any honor gear available before? Or can i only buy lvl 100 pvp gear with the start of the season?

yes there will be Blue non elite pvp gear.. There will also be crafted pvp gear

Same as always, there's an honor set of gear thats synonymous with dungeon gear, and then conquest thats synonymous with raid gear. Only difference is theres not really a "third tier" of gear like there is in PvE with heroic (Or I guess 'mythic' now?).

According to Blizzard there will be 3 tiers of pvp gear. First and lowest tier is from doing battle grounds and skirmishes you obtain them in lock boxes. The second tier is the tier you buy with honor and you can also win these in lock boxes from bgs. The third tier is bought with conquest points from winning arenas and rbgs.
